We currently ship to Canada only. 

* Returns (Terms & Conditions)
• All Merchandise must be returned within 14 days of purchase in unused, original condition and in original packaging. 
• No returns/ exchanges/ refunds on sale items, used or washed items, custom-made and made-to-order items, breastfeeding pads, bottles, bath and baby care items (including soaps, shampoos, baby oils, body lotions, hair detangler and hair brushes). Clothing items must not have been worn, altered or washed, and all tags must be attached. Kindly contact our customer service at info@babyorganicjoy.ca in case you are not sure if a product is returnable.
• Shipping charge is non-refundable.
• An order that is eligible for free return is allowed one return free of charge through Canada Post service. Any additional returns in the same order are allowed but will be at the purchaser’ expense. 
• BabyOrganicJoy.ca is not responsible for any returned items that may have become lost or stolen in shipment.

To return the merchandise 
1) Email us at sales@babyorganicjoy.ca or by submitting your request through the “Contact Us” page. Email us your Full Name, Order Number, Product(s) you are returning with quantities, Reason for the return, whether you would like a refund or plan to place a new order.
2) All returns require prior approval. Once approved, we will email you the authorization code as well as the instruction for the next step.
